Steinman & Rodgers is pleased to announce our second annual FCPA Masterclass. These live, interactive webinars will offer participants a deep dive into the latest trends in international anti-corruption enforcement, compliance best practices, and practical solutions to common red flags.
We will offer the Masterclass in two alternative courses of study:
Course of Study 1 (six sessions over two weeks): Sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 11:00am Eastern U.S. time, and will each last for ninety minutes. Course of Study 1 commences on Monday, March 15 and ends on Friday, March 26. Register for Course of Study 1 here.
Course of Study 2 (six sessions over three weeks): Sessions will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, at 1:00pm Eastern U.S. time, and will each last for ninety minutes. Course of Study 2 commences on Tuesday, March 16 and ends on Thursday, April 1. Register for Course of Study 2 here.
Each course of study will be limited to ten participants. Topics covered will include: an FCPA deep-dive; third party due diligence and controls; gifts, hospitality, and entertainment; facilitation payments and extortion; trends in books and records and internal controls; commercial bribery; compliance best practices and risk assessments; and practical solutions for addressing common red flags.
All sessions will be live and fully interactive, with ample opportunity for real-time Q&A. At the conclusion of each course of study, attendees will receive electronic copies of all webinar materials, recordings of each session for download, and certificates of participation.
