Nan Wang advises clients regarding international anti-corruption compliance issues and investigations, with emphasis on the FCPA.  Ms. Wang’s practice primarily focuses on the review of due diligence materials of international intermediaries for companies in the defense and consumer goods industries.  Ms. Wang also assists clients to develop, implement, and modify compliance policies and procedures.

Prior to joining Steinman & Rodgers, Ms. Wang worked in the Shanghai office of a major U.S. law firm, where she concentrated on internal investigations, forensic audits, and anti-bribery due diligence for multinational companies doing business in the People’s Republic of China.

Ms. Wang received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School in 2013, an LL.M. in Banking, Corporate and Financial Law from Fordham University Law School in 2008 and an LL.B. from China University of Political Science and Law in 2007.  During law school, Ms. Wang served as a legal intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchanges Commission, where she assisted the Enforcement Division on FCPA investigations.

Ms. Wang is a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese and fluent in English.
